CRi in Brambleton, VA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the ICF Residential program. The role directs program operations, supervises staff, manages the budget, and ensures quality care and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and experience with /DD populations and behavior management. Master’s in Human Services preferred and QIDP certification is required or attainable.
