Assistant Director

At Code Ninjas, kids ages 5–14 learn to code by building video games in a fun, engaging environment. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Director who enjoys working with families, growing enrollments, and helping create an exceptional experience for every student.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales, education, customer service, or school administration who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Convert leads into enrollments through phone calls, emails, and in-person tours.
• Conduct center tours for prospective families.
• Follow up with all inquiries promptly and consistently.
• Meet monthly enrollment and retention goals.
• Promote camps, special events, clubs, and additional programs.
• Maintain accurate lead information within the CRM system.

• Deliver an outstanding experience for students and parents.
• Address parent questions and concerns professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with families.
• Ensure every family feels welcomed and valued.
• Support student retention through proactive communication.
• Schedule and coordinate Parent‑Sensei meetings.
• Track student progress and ensure regular parent updates.
• Work with Senseis to prepare for parent conferences.
• Follow up with parents after meetings when needed.
• Assist with student evaluations and progression planning.

• Support daily center operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with class scheduling and staffing coordination.
• Maintain student records and attendance.
• Help organize camps, workshops, and community events.
• Ensure the center remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Build relationships with local schools, PTOs, libraries, and community organizations.
• Represent Code Ninjas at school events and community activities.
• Help generate referrals and local partnerships.

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, education, or school administration.
• Previous experience as a teacher, assistant teacher, tutor, or school staff member.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound follow‑up calls.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.

• Experience meeting sales or enrollment goals.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience in childcare, enrichment programs, or after‑school activities.
