WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of residential service professionals
- Managing day-to-day service operations and ensuring operational efficiency
- Driving exceptional customer service and overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with dispatch, sales, customer service, and other departments to optimize workflows
- Supporting business growth through team performance, accountability, and operational excellence
- Proven experience managing residential service or home services operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of residential service operations, field service best practices, and performance management
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
