Project Manager, Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Summary /p>

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget; serves as the primary point of contact for project execution, collaborating with operations, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results and achieve customer satisfaction.

ssential Duties and Responsibilities ul> li>Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
li>Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, service, engineering, and procurement, to ensure timely execution. li>Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. li>Communicate project status, financial performance, and risks to clients and leadership. li>Review project documents, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. li>Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project documentation. li>Ensure all projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
li>Participate in on-call rotation for project escalations or emergency needs as required. li>Maintain accurate project records and reporting for internal and client use. /ul> ducation and/or Experience p>Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience in construction, fire protection, or technical service industries; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge of NFPA and IEC standards, Underwriter’s requirements and applicable building codes preferred.

omputer Skills p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and ERP systems preferred.

hysical Demands p>Combination of office and field work. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds. bility to sit at a computer for extended periods.
