Insight Global is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support complex infrastructure and facility-related projects within critical environments. This individual will primarily support Building Management System (BMS) initiatives, including upgrades, retrofits, and facility improvement projects across multiple sites. The Junior Project Manager will serve as a key point of coordination between project operations teams, facility personnel, and external vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience supporting project execution in technical or facility-focused environments.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines for facility and BMS-related projects.
- Coordinate project activities with vendors, facility teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts, escalating issues as needed.
- Support site readiness activities, including validation of system access and technical requirements.
- Review and coordinate Method of Procedures (MOPs) and project documentation for approval.
- Coordinate vendor access and onsite work activities.
- Track invoices, project costs, and change orders.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and help drive issue resolution throughout project execution.

- 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience supporting facility, infrastructure, or information technology projects.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, , Service Now, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in critical environments such as data centers, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or facility automation platforms.
- Understanding of Method of Procedures (MOPs) and project execution processes.
- Previous data center experience.
- CAPM certification.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
