- Hourly Pay: $18-$20.75 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.
- Shift Differentials: $1.50/hour on weekday evenings, $2.00/hour on weekday nights, $3.00/hour on weekends for all shifts.

- Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living.
- Promote psychosocial well‑being through meaningful relationships.
- Plan and facilitate neighborhood social activities.
- Assist with menu/snack selection and partner with the Service Associate to ensure adequate nutritional intake and provide in‑room dining experiences.
- Keep residents’ rooms and neighborhood tidy to minimize environmental hazards.
- PCA, HHA, or CNA certificate in Virginia (required).
- Current CPR certification (preferred).
- Completion of a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class within 30 days of hire.
- Compliance with applicable state regulations (these take precedence over the listed requirements).
