Position: PRN Home Infusion

• Perform catheter access and care—including peripheral IVs, port‑a‑caths, PICC/central lines—as needed by patients
• Conduct vitals/assessments and administer medications (abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds)
• Perform blood draws
• Provide patient education on self‑administration of medication
• Document visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly

• Current Registered Nurse license with competence in the duties described above
• Minimum 1‑year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care
• Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine
• Must be able to communicate promptly with scheduling personnel
• Expectation to complete 2 visits per week
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
