Daily Responsibilities:
Menu planning and development to create unique and flavorful dishes Ensuring food quality and consistency in all dishes served Managing kitchen operations and overseeing back of house staff Controlling food costs and optimizing kitchen efficiency Developing and implementing front of house strategies to enhance guest experience

Required Skills:

Strong culinary arts background with a focus on Peruvian and Jamaican cuisine Experience in kitchen and labor cost management Proficiency in food preparation and food service management Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in fine dining and catering Serv Safe Certified with knowledge of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) Understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements

Salary and Benefits :
Minimum Salary: $46,000.00 Maximum Salary: $60,000.00 Health Insurance and Dental Insurance benefits Company Information:
