Club Corp - 19661 Belmont Manor Lane - Responsibilities:
Oversee the setup, daily prep, and organization of the snack bar and outdoor Food & Beverage outlets;
Train and supervise outside food & beverage staff to ensure consistent service and adherence to quality standards;
Process member and guest orders, collect payments, and ensure accurate financial closing of the snack bar;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the snack bar and kitchen, and ensure proper storage of items at shift end;
Collaborate with other club departments and communicate with the Food & Beverage Director to address product needs and issues
