Oversee the expediting process during meal periods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to members and guests;
Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage the timing and presentation of dishes according to the order tickets;
Check each dish for quality, portioning, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen;
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas;
Assist in training new kitchen and service staff on expediting procedures and quality standards
