• In this Visual Manager role, maintain the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry and present a stage in which to display products.
• Coordinate weekly store transfers and work with management to ensure inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.
• Collaborate with store team to create and maintain compelling visual displays that align with brand standards.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision; self-motivated.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly with other departments.
• Previous creative or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment; comfortable using a ladder.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Preferred experience in creating floor plans.
• College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).

• Hourly/Non-Exempt
• Eligible for monthly team sales incentives and quarterly bonus (depending on store location, if achieved).
