Compensation
:
Hourly rate ranges from $12.77 - $13.02 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
- Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs
- End of Season Premium Pay Program
- All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
Spirit Halloween
Responsibilities- Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
- Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
- Minimum age requirement: 16.
The job requires climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
