Sales & Membership Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

TAG Muay Thai is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused team member to help grow our academy and provide an exceptional experience for every student and family who walks through our doors.

• Welcome prospective and current members.
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and CRM.
• Schedule and confirm trial classes.
• Convert trial students into memberships.
• Assist with member retention and customer service.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate records in Zen Planner and CRM systems.
• Help coordinate events, seminars, and promotions.
• Keep the front desk organized and professional.
• Work closely with the owner to improve sales and operations.

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning technology and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Passion for fitness, martial arts, or helping people is a plus.

• Monday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Friday: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Approximately 13 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the academy continues to grow.

$18–$22 per hour, based on experience and performance.
