Security Officer - Control Room Dispatcher

Allied Universal - Up to $29.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the dispatch function by monitoring alarms, access control alerts, and/or CCTV feeds, prioritizing calls for service, and coordinating response with on-site personnel and local authorities as directed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, relaying clear information, and documenting actions taken.;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident reports, including time-stamped events, notifications made, and follow-up actions, in accordance with post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual conditions, reporting hazards, and helping to deter unwanted activity.
