Prevent financial loss due to theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance;
Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor store security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive a shrink elimination culture;
Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out responsibilities to minimize risk of injury;
Demonstrate integrity and respond to asset protection and operational concerns while supporting store objectives
