Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site expectations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout school buildings, parking areas, athletic spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or policy violations;
Support daily campus operations during arrival, dismissal, events, and/or after-hours activities by maintaining a visible presence and providing clear directions and assistance as needed
