Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, monitor access points, and identify potential issues;
Monitor the premises for suspicious behavior, property-related concerns, and/or hazards, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management as needed;
Support access control activities by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized access when required, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the shift
