Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in processes, and report unauthorized access attempts or other security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations;
Support security-related operations within a technology-focused location by documenting incidents, maintaining accurate access logs, and helping to deter disruptions to personnel, property, and/or infrastructure
