Security Officer Patrol Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, students, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or public agency partners as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location protocols, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel;
Support daily operations at a government education location by documenting incidents, providing directions and assistance, and maintaining awareness of surroundings during assigned patrols
