Security Officer - Patrol Response Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public education location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, visitor screening, and direction-giving while following site-specific protocols;
Support daily operations during arrivals, dismissals, events, and after-hours activity by observing surroundings, reporting concerns, and providing a professional presence across the location
