Security Officer - Part Time Patrol Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed conditions, actions taken, and/or follow-up needs.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter, helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts, maintenance issues, and/or property concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Support daily operations by communicating with property management and/or emergency responders as needed, while following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed procedures.
