, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with location protocols, offering directions and assistance to visitors and staff as needed.
• Support a welcoming environment by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy‑related issues, while following Allied Universal standards and site instructions.

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
