Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or community members by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assist with visitor screening and/or directional support, and report maintenance, policy, and security-related issues through established channels;
Support campus operations during arrival, dismissal, events, and/or after-hours activities by maintaining a visible presence and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and first responders when appropriate
