Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including exterior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, verifying credentials and directing individuals;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and suspicious activity, while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced business environment
