Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor information, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in required reports;
Support property staff, tenants, and visitors with directions, assistance, and communication related to site policies, alarms, and/or after-hours access requests
