Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity, maintaining awareness of building operations and reporting unusual conditions.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
