Security Officer Part Time Patrol Credentialing

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating matters as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and help support authorized entry to the property;
Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership
