Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance while maintaining a professional presence;
Complete required reports, maintain accurate daily activity logs, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
