Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities, common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and exterior grounds to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building conditions; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
