What You'll Do - HVAC Install Helper

As an Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced technicians and gain real-world, hands-on experience from day one:

* Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications

* Learn and apply basic electrical concepts related to HVAC systems

* Assist with installing copper refrigerant lines (including soldering and brazing)

* Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential homes

* Support safe and proper gas line connections to heating equipment

What It Takes

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

* Valid driver's license with a good driving record

* High school diploma or GED

* Strong work ethic and decision-making skills

* Commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction

* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

* Must be 21 years of age or older
