Starting pay: $23–$25 per hour

If you enjoy hands‑on work and can navigate a variety of environments—from rooftops to crawl spaces—this role is for you. You’ll follow a scheduled route and perform quality installations that make homes safer and more efficient.

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service‑related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions

• USD $23 to $25 hourly

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with our great customers
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
