As a Service Technician, you assist in maintaining the physical integrity of a multimillion‑dollar multifamily apartment home community for residents, visitors, and associates alike.
Roles You'll Play- THE SUPERHERO – Diagnose and fix almost anything: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems. Make the community higher functioning and more efficient. Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep tools in perfect condition.
- THE CARETAKER – Fix leaks, repair damage in vacant units, remove abandoned furniture and appliances to keep the community in tip‑top shape. Eliminate disarray and keep the community running like a well‑oiled machine. Make residents feel confident you will be there for them if something breaks in their apartment.
- THE OUTDOORS ENTHUSIAST – Work outside, roll up sleeves, lift up to 75 pounds, work on roofs, handle extreme weather, sewage, and heights. Be on your feet most of the day.
- Residents feel completely confident that all community maintenance issues will be repaired quickly and effectively.
- Service requests are at an all‑time low thanks to preventive maintenance and quick repairs.
- The community looks perfect: common areas spotless, grounds beautiful, and curb appeal worthy of a magazine cover.
- Solid record of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
- Physical agility and mobility.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Ability to interact with customers professionally and enthusiastically.
- Current CPO and HVAC certifications.
