Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems, including pipe sizes, materials, and installation procedures;
Measure, cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install metal, plastic, copper, and fiberglass pipes and pipe fittings according to project requirements;
Install and maintain pipe supports, valves, flow regulators, actuators, and control systems to ensure stable and reliable operation;
Test piping systems and related equipment to verify proper functioning and compliance with specifications and performance standards;
Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, flow issues, and other problems in pipes and connected equipment to minimize downtime
