Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including switch gear, panels, breakers, transformers, lighting systems, receptacles, and power distribution equipment;
Monitor electrical systems and respond to alarms, alerts, and service requests during second shift;
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment;
Accurately record all work performed, findings, and corrective actions in the CMMS;
Escort and oversee third-party electrical contractors, OEM technicians, or vendors performing after-hours work
