Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems including CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, condensers, pumps, VFDs, humidification systems;
Monitor system performance and BAS/BMS alarms to ensure thermal stability;
Respond to HVAC alarms and service requests and escalate as needed;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues affecting HVAC performance;
Document all work in CMMS with findings and recommendations
