Description:What you'll be doing
Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers is recruiting a Data Center Operations Technician to join their team in Ashburn, VA. This is an opportunity to work hands‑on with the critical infrastructure that keeps a 24/7 data center running reliably, safely, and efficiently.
You’llbuild your technical skills across electrical and mechanical systems while learning alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a mission‑critical environment.
Training will take place Monday through Friday on the day shift. Following training, employees will be assigned to a 12‑hour day or night shift (6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.), working either Sunday–Tuesday or Thursday–Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Candidates must be flexible to work either day or night shift based on business needs.

As a Data Center Operations Technician, you will help support the day‑to‑day operation of a 24/7 facility featuring state‑of‑the‑art redundant power and environmental systems.
You’llgain hands‑on experiencemaintainingmission‑critical infrastructure, monitoring building systems, responding to alarms, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting preventive maintenance and upgrades.
