ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems including CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, condensers, pumps, VFDs, humidification systems, and associated mechanical equipment.;
Monitor system performance, BAS/BMS alarms, trends, and environmental conditions during second shift to ensure thermal stability and environmental compliance.;
Respond to HVAC alarms, alerts, and service requests, initiating escalation procedures as required.;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic controls issues impacting HVAC performance and reliability.;
Accurately document all work performed in the CMMS, including findings, repairs, recommendations, and escalation details.
