** Technician II** ,you will be responsible for installing and decommissioning network and cablinginfrastructure in a data center environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. This role requires technical proficiency in pulling and terminating copper and fiber cables, performingsplicing, troubleshooting circuits, and maintaining accurate documentation. Asolid understanding of wiring schemes, testing procedures, and data centertechnologies is essential, along with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

** What You'll Do:*
* · Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.

· Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.

· Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.

· Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.

· Followall production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.

· Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.

· Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.

· Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The starting pay for the Union Data Center Technician II position is $34.44. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
