As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our products with client systems and providing top‑handed support to resolve any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and maintain the integrity of our services. This is a hands‑on development position.

• CRM Integration:
  Utilize expertise in integrating with CRM systems using REST APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• AWS Mastery:
  Demonstrate certification or significant experience, including EC2 and ECS; EKS experience is a bonus.
• Database Management:
  Work with databases such as Postgres, Mongo
  
  DB, and Dynamo
  
  DB to support data integration and ensure data accuracy.
• Issue Diagnosis:
  Diagnose and resolve technical issues using tools like Cloud Watch and external logging tools.
• Client Interaction:
  Collaborate with client technical resources to determine integration requirements.
• Effective Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Full‑Stack Proficiency:
  Knowledge of React for front‑end development and backend languages such as Python, Typescript, and Go.
• Availability:
  Work during US EST hours.

  Experience with Kafka, Event Bridge, Event Streaming, and ETL processes is a significant advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in CRM integration, AWS, and database management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with client technical teams on integration projects.
• Proficiency in React, Python, Typescript, or Go.
• Prisma backend knowledge a plus.
• AWS certifications (preferred but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
