Full Stack Developer

The Cargo Systems Program Directorate (CSPD) develops and maintains critical applications that secure the international supply chain, support efficient movement of legitimate cargo, and enable CBP’s revenue‑collection and trade‑processing missions. As a developer supporting systems such as ACE and ATAP, you will build and sustain high‑impact technology used across CBP, other government agencies, and the global trade community.

• Clearance: Candidates will be processed for a CBP Public Trust clearance (typical timeline 8–12 weeks
  )
• Pay Range: $45/hr – $65/hr

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3 years of professional experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain secure, scalable, high‑performance applications
• Experience supporting backend services and mission‑critical business logic using Java and related frameworks
• Minimum 2 years of Java development experience
• Minimum 2 years working in a story‑based Agile environment using tools like JIRA
• Experience with REST and/or SOAP API creation and consumption
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Full‑stack development using the Spring Framework
• Automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.)
• Build automation using Gradle or Maven
• Experience with Dev Ops/CI/CD tools such as Harness or Jenkins
• Experience with AWS
