Position Overview
Senior Full Stack Developer – Join our dynamic design team to design, create, and implement web-based applications. Requires 8–12 years of experience and ability to obtain a DHS/CBP clearance. Full‑time position located in Northern VA with remote options.
Responsibilities- Development and Design
:
Design, develop, test, and debug complex new software products or make impactful changes to existing ones; collaborate with product management to analyze and clarify requirements. - Leadership and Coordination
:
Provide leadership to technical resources to meet project deadlines; advocate consistency in coding standards and practices across the team. - Quality Assurance and Delivery
:
Ensure code artifacts are of the highest quality and conform to established standards; provide realistic estimates and continuously improve team productivity. - Communication and Problem‑Solving
:
Escalate and communicate issues, risks, and concerns to management; accept accountability for project delivery responsibilities. - Skill Building
:
Build competencies in the product and technology domains; maintain individuality in thinking and decision‑making.
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - Experience
:
Minimum 8+ years of professional software development. - Technical Skills
:
React/NextJS, Typescript (with preference for Electron and JavaScript);
Web Services (SOAP, REST); SQL & relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, Mongo
DB);
Visual Studio Code or equivalent dev environments;
Sequelize, JUnit; version control (Git);
Windows Desktop OS; RAD/Visual Studio. - Clearance
:
Ability to obtain DHS/CBP clearance; current holders encouraged. - Preferred
:
Knowledge of MVC, Facade patterns; familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Version One).
Candidate must travel to Ashburn, VA at least 3 days a week for on‑site work.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $115–$145K (based on skills, experience, market, etc.).
