Fullstack Developer - Java HYBRID Security Clearance

RMantra Solutions is seeking a Java Fullstack developer with expertise in Spring Boot for roles such as Full Stack Software Developer and Senior Java API Developer. The position is based in Ashburn, Virginia and requires a hybrid working arrangement with onsite presence a few days a week. A valid Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Background Investigation clearance (or Top Secret or higher) is mandatory;

the company will obtain a DHS Full BI clearance for the selected candidate.

The role focuses 75% on development using Java and Spring Boot, working on mission‑critical projects within Agile Scrum teams.

• Application Development:
  Design, develop, code, and implement software applications following the Twelve‑Factor App methodology.
• API and Microservices:
  Design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Cloud Integration:
  Work with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaboration and Mentorship:
  Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior staff.
• Testing and Quality:
  Maintain high standards of software quality using best practices and automated testing, employing tools like JUnit and Selenium.

• Programming Languages & Frameworks:
  Strong knowledge of modern Java (version 8+) and the broader Spring Framework (Cloud, Security, Data).
• Front‑end Technologies:
  Experience with Angular or React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6).

  Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Postgre
