Overview

This position has been evaluated with an hourly rate range of $17-24.00 depending on experience.

The Role

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will support day-to-day operations by assisting with the receiving, storage, packing, and shipment of customer orders. Working as part of the operations team, you will help ensure goods move efficiently and accurately through the warehouse to meet production and customer delivery requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Vancouver/Ashburn, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, pack, and ship goods from internal and external suppliers
  • Coordinate with transport drivers regarding deliveries, pick-ups, and loading/unloading activities
  • Organise, verify, weigh, and consolidate orders for shipment, including inspection of delivery documentation
  • Assist with goods receipting and stock movement to support production demand
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within ERP system
  • Deliver high-quality products to internal and external customers while adhering to Kagwerks policies and procedures
About You

You have experience working in a warehouse or operational environment and bring a practical, hands-on approach to your work. You are reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. You demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn new skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

A forklift licence is preferred, along with the ability to accurately handle inventory and follow established processes and procedures.
