Purposeof Position
The purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor role is to oversee warehouse operations supporting Product Services and Field Service activities. This position is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, tracking, and shipment of equipment, parts, and vendor components in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
The Warehouse Supervisor ensures inventory accountability, oversees documentation of incoming materials, and maintains accurate inventory records. The role coordinates closely with manufacturing facilities, Field Service personnel, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure materials moving through the warehouse and in transit are properly tracked and accounted for.
In addition, this position contributes to the development and improvement of warehouse policies and procedures and supports operational improvements related to warehouse processes and the Field Service Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position provides operational oversight of warehouse activities and personnel supporting warehouse and inventory operations.
Essential Functions- Manage the receipt, storage, issue, and shipment of parts and equipment while ensuring inventory records are updated and material condition is documented.
- Ensure materials are stored and handled appropriately to prevent damage and maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions related to warehouse operations, inventory management, and barcode scanning.
- Maintain documentation for parts and equipment stored in the warehouse or in transit to ensure accountability of materials.
- Oversee the conduct of physical inventories including cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to receive, store, ship, and track materials.
- Provide recommendations to improve warehouse operations and assist in the development of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Deploy to Field Service locations when required to assist with warehouse setup, operational improvements, or inventory activities.

Identifies operational issues and works proactively to resolve material handling or inventory discrepancies. - Organization & Priority Management
:
Manages multiple operational priorities while maintaining warehouse efficiency. - Communication
:
Maintains clear communication with internal teams regarding inventory status and operational needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management environments.
- Experience using inventory management systems to track materials and maintain inventory records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Lifting:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. - Vision:
Long periods of close work on a computer screen. - Travel:
Travel (up to 10%) to IEM regional offices, warehouse locations, or vendor sites.
