Hello, I’m Kerry, the Nursery Manager at Ashby Nursery & Pre‑School. With over 16 years of experience in early years—starting my journey as a trainee—I’m passionate about creating environments where children feel valued, inspired, and confident to explore. About the role
  • Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
  • Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
  • Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
Essentials
  • Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
  • Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
  • Are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
  • Are patient and friendly
