Accuchrome Tool & Mold, a wholly owned subsidiary of Technimark, is seeking two highly skilled individuals to join our team.

Responsible to program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines in a precision tooling environment. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who thrives on holding tight tolerances, machining hardened tool steels, and producing complex components that support world‑class injection molding operations.

• Program CNC lathes for new jobs and repair work
• Set up CNC turning machines after programming
• Hold tight tolerances on hardened tool steels
• Machine complex 3D surfaces as required
• Remove finished components and install new components for machining
• Assist with machine maintenance, disassembly, cleaning, and assembly as needed
• Support additional shop needs based on workload

• High school diploma or GED
• Trade school training and/or 6+ years of mold making and machining experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Programming in Surf‑Cam or equivalent CAD/CAM software
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
• Turning hardened tool steels
• Live tooling experience (preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to machine complex 3D surfaces
• Demonstrated capability of holding tight tolerances on injection mold components

Responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines supporting high‑precision injection mold components.

• Program CNC milling machines for new jobs and repair work
• Set up CNC mills after programming and validate setup accuracy
• Hold tight tolerances on hardened tool steels
• Remove finished components and load new parts for machining
• Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of all machined parts
• Complete assignments on schedule and with minimal rework
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist in machine maintenance, disassembly, cleaning, and assembly as required
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• High school diploma or GED
• Trade school training and/or 6+ years of mold making and machining experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience programming in Cimatron or similar CAD/CAM software
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
• Experience milling hardened tool steels
• 5‑axis machining experience (preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to hold tight tolerances on injection mold components
• Experience programming and machining complex 3D surfaces
