** ndustrial Painter
** to join our Manufacturing Team. The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components in a light industrial fabrication environment. This role involves mixing and matching paints to required specifications, operating spray guns and spray foam equipment, and applying coatings with precision to ensure durability and a high‐quality finish. The Industrial Painter will follow safety and environmental guidelines, maintain equipment, and work closely with production teams to meet quality standards and project timelines.

*** 1st Shift , 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary
* 2nd Shift , 4:00pm-2:30am with OT as necessary

** Train in High Point, NC and eventually move to new facility in Asheboro, NC

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Prepare paint surfaces
* Mix paint
* Operate and maintain industrial paint booths
* Operate and maintain spray guns and other equipment
* Apply spray foam insulation
* Maintain spray foam equipment
* Use respirator daily during work activities
* Follow all safety policies and procedures
* RCRA, HAZWOPER certifications a plus
* Auto body painting experience a plus

* Education:

** This Position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or related experience in Industrial/Automotive Painting as determined by the plant manager.
** Job Requirements/Special

Skills:

*** Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required
* Auto Body painting experience a plus
* Good verbal communication skills with employees
* Positive attitude
* Open minded with a vision for continuous improvement
* Ability to take on more responsibility as the business grows.

* Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
* Ability to step over and work on top of fixtures that are 28 inches off the floor when necessary
* Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
