An immediate opportunity is available for a CNC Lathe Operator to oversee the operation of multi-spindle automatic lathes in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This position entails creating precision-machined components within strict tolerances, upholding quality standards, and ensuring smooth machine operation around the clock.

• Set up, monitor, and manage multi-spindle automatic lathes for consistent performance
• Manufacture parts to exact specifications outlined in blueprints, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Inspect parts periodically during production using precision tools to guarantee compliance
• Adjust machine parameters and tooling as necessary to uphold quality and productivity
• Maintain tooling, drills, taps, and coolant systems to keep operations running smoothly
• Load and monitor bar stock to prevent any production breakdowns
• Address machine malfunctions and conduct minor repairs to minimize downtime
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation as needed
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and colleagues during shift transitions

• Prior experience operating multi-spindle automatic lathes is essential
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications is required
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers
• Basic mechanical knowledge and grasp of machining principles are necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in machining is beneficial
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple lathe machines simultaneously

• Day and night shifts are available
• Night shift differential pay is offered

• $25–$27 per hour, based on expertise
• Additional compensation for night shift work
