Location:
Asheboro, NC
Pay: $16.25/hour
Schedule:
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule
Job Type: Full-Time
Graham Personnel Services is currently hiring Molding Inspector/Packers for a manufacturing facility in Asheboro, NC. This position works a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, giving you a consistent rotating schedule with days off throughout the week.
What You'll Do- Inspect molded products for quality and defects
- Pack finished products according to specifications
- Remove defective products from the production line
- Label, count, and prepare products for shipment
- Keep up with production and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Perform other production duties as assigned
- Manufacturing, production, packing, or inspection experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work the full 2-2-3 schedule, including rotating weekends
