Warehouse Associate/Packer
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates/Packers to join our client's team in Asheboro. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing with the potential for full-time employment. Location:
Technimark – Asheboro, NC
Pay: $15.25 per hour
Schedule:
12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for individuals to join our team in Asheboro. This position offers the potential for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Package finished products according to control plan specifications.
- Perform secondary operations including removing parts from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembly.
- Complete and document in-process quality inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must successfully pass required background and drug screenings.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
